Behind the Lens of Ruby and Pearl Photography is the family duo Heidi and Michelle. Fortunate to be mothers, grandmothers, and cousins, we are even luckier to be best friends with the same passion for photography.

We came into photography in our own unique ways, but taking pictures began as a pastime and a hobby for the both of us. Photography unfortunately wasn’t something we could do as much as we wanted while balancing full-time jobs and families. As life has happened and changed, our own lives have taken routes we could never have foreseen, and with that has come a whole new appreciation for capturing memories.

When we’re not taking pictures, you can most definitely find us on the farm or at the beach house enjoying nature. Being Ruby and Pearl, we combine timeless, elegant, and classic styles with rich, colorful, and passionate elements.
